ROELOF VORSTER
Managing Director

Roelof is our Managing Director and has more than 20 years’ experience as a litigator. He was one of the first attorney’s to be admitted in the High Court of South Africa on 1995 and is also a qualified Conveyancer with a vast experience and knowledge of property law. He is admitted to practice in England and Wales.

Roelof has extensive experience in general commercial matters including:

• Contract drafting
• Franchise Agreements
• Securities
• Lease Agreements
• Shareholder Agreements
• Service Level Agreements

Roelof has the rights of appearance in the High Court and acts as in-house counsel in many matters. Roelof has been appointed as liquidator by the Master of the High Court.
